Orness was chosen the Devils Lake Chamber of Commerce 2005 “Citizen
of the Year” at the annual banquet and meeting held Wednesday,
October 19, 2005 at Lake Region State College. Orness posed with his
wife, Sharon, and the plaque was presented to him by Chamber Executive
Vice President Greg Otis.
